Your home is most likely the most valuable asset that you will purchase in your lifetime, and it  contains your most important memories and items. Purchasing home insurance allows you to be compensated in the event of burglary, fire, bodily injury, or any other damage to the home or its contents. Without insurance, these damages can cost you a substantial amount of money.

Renters Insurance

This is home insurance for the contents of the home only. If the landlord has insurance for the apartment, the tenants’ belongings will not be covered by it, so a separate insurance policy is necessary.  We also recommend that tenants make sure that their landlord has building insurance to cover plumbing, fire, and earthquake damage.
